Aimee Miller, COTA/L, CLT
Aimee brings a high level of clinical precision and compassionate care to Wisconsin Lymphatic Therapy. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Aimee specializes in the complexities of lymphatic drainage, post-surgical rehabilitation, and scar tissue management. With a background in Public Health and integrative wellness, Aimee views each patient through a whole-person lens. Whether she is assisting a patient through post-operative recovery or managing chronic lymphedema, Aimee is dedicated to evidence-based practice, ensuring every patient feels empowered to take control of their healing journey.
Arlyce Everson, RN, CMT, CMLDT
Arlyce brings a unique clinical perspective to our team, blending 20+ years of nursing experience with the healing arts. During her long career in Occupational Health, she focused on early intervention for work-related injuries—a background that instilled in her a deep understanding of pain reduction, improved movement, and systemic wellness. As a nationally board-certified massage therapist, Arlyce views manual therapy as a collaborative healing journey. She is particularly skilled at addressing chronic tension in the neck, shoulders, and back, and provides specialized support for post-mastectomy lymphatic recovery.
Elizabeth Gaffron, OTR/L, CMLDT
Elizabeth is a highly skilled Occupational Therapist with over 16 years of experience specializing in the management of persistent pain, lymphedema, and post-surgical recovery. Before joining Wisconsin Lymphatic Therapy, Elizabeth practiced at the renowned Shirley Ryan Ability Lab, where she honed a deep expertise in complex rehabilitation. Elizabeth combines an advanced clinical foundation with a holistic touch, holding advanced certifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Klose Institute). Her practice is built on a "whole-person" philosophy, partnering with each patient to create a personalized recovery plan that addresses the root cause of swelling and discomfort.
Heidi Norman, CMT
A seasoned therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, Heidi has been a staple in the Wisconsin wellness community since 2003. She has dedicated her career to mastering the intricacies of lymphatic drainage and advanced manual modalities. Beyond her private practice, Heidi also serves our local veterans at the VA, bringing a compassionate, patient-centered approach to her work. This clinical background has shaped Heidi’s ability to treat a wide range of needs, from chronic inflammation to post-surgical recovery. Outside of the clinic, you’ll likely find her enjoying the outdoors through cycling, kayaking, or snowshoeing.
Lori Armijo, OTR/L, CLT
With nearly three decades of clinical experience, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to healing to our practice. As an Occupational Therapist, Lori has dedicated her career to helping patients in diverse settings—ranging from acute hospital care and school-based therapy to owning and operating her own successful private practice. In 2024, Lori completed her certification in Lymphedema Therapy through the prestigious Klose Training. She brings a gentle, patient-centered approach to every session, helping patients navigate their recovery journeys with clarity, kindness, and clinical precision.
Nelly Paul, OTR/L, CLT
Founder & Lead Therapist
Nelly Paul is the founder and lead clinician of Wisconsin Lymphatic Therapy. A 2015 graduate of the UW-Milwaukee Occupational Therapy Master’s program, Nelly built her clinical foundation in skilled nursing and home health, developing an expertise in managing the complex interplay between chronic disease, injury, and lymphatic health. Driven by a passion for evidence-based care, Nelly completed her intensive CLT certification through the renowned Norton School. She specializes in post-surgical reconstruction, lipedema management, and fascial mobilization, utilizing advanced modalities—including dry needling, myofascial release, and cupping—to help patients bypass surgical roadblocks and restore tissue health.
