"This morning I had my first appointment with Nelly, and I was very impressed by her practical approach and the wide variety of information on Lymphatic therapy that she gave me. She analyzed my complex diagnosis and was able to suggest various techniques to treat it. Her explanations & demos were clear, and she printed up excellent instructions for the upper & lower extremity lymph self-massage. She also discussed diet suggestions and provided hand-outs about the lymphatic system, suggestions for healthy habits, exercises, and possible triggers.
This afternoon I was able to do all the self-massage techniques, and was very pleased to find that they mesh closely with relaxation & meditation techniques.
